With the light off the 13" diameter globe shows the political map of the world. When the light is on, it shows the physical features of the world - but that's not all.
This unique educational tool also shows day and night-time for any time, date, and location in the world throughout the four seasons.
It can be manually adjusted both forward and backward to see past, present, and future hours of daylight and darkness for easy demonstration and understanding.
A pinpoint light shows the actual location of the sun throughout the year. Unique "twilight rings" depict the three zones of dawn and dusk.
The superb design and engineering, combined with the expert cartography of National Geographic creates a learning tool that is fun and easy to use.

This particular globe is made by National Geographic. It is a combination of 2 globes: a political and a physical globe (known as Dual Mapping).
With the light off the globe shows a wealth of highly accurate political information, with the light on the globe displays exquisite hand-drawn relief and beautifully-hued physical features of the earth.
Each globe is expertly printed on a special stretchable material which can never wear off. Additionally, your globe is shock resistant and virtually unbreakable.
Each national geographic globe features a time dial at the north pole which allows you to determine time throughout the world.
The product has an overall height of 15 inches, with a stainless steel base and stainless-steel coloured meridian.
Comes complete with a detailed instruction booklet and Certificate of Authenticity.

Free UK Delivery applies to UK Mainland. We dispatch stock lines on the same day. Estimated delivery times for UK Mainland is 2-3 days from dispatch.
Engraved items are dispatched once the engraving is complete and are not always subject to same-day dispatch.
Next Working Day Deliveries must be ordered by 12pm. Next Day charges apply to UK Mainland.
Small courier surcharges may apply to "Island & Highland" deliveries if the item is too large for us to use Royal Mail. We will always email you in advance to confirm.
Oversized International Shipments
