STOCK EXPLAINED: IN STOCK or BACKORDER NOW: APPROX 7-10 DAYS
If an item is marked as IN STOCK, then it is exactly that - In Stock and ready to ship.
If an item is marked as BACKORDER NOW: APPROX 7-10 DAYS then the item is available with our supplier & we will order it on our next Purchase Order! If the item is not available, we will email you to ask whether you are happy to wait (and will try to provide an approx delivery date).
If an item is OUT OF STOCK, it will say so clearly. We can take a backorder via phone, and it will dispatch as soon as stock arrives. Or simply click on "Email me when stock arrives".
Please note that we charge as soon as you hit Pay Now. Our systems are not set up to defer payment until dispatch.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We dispatch stock lines on the same day if ordered by 2pm. Please see our T&C for further details.
- We use 2nd Class Royal Mail (2-3 working days in most cases) or standard courier for larger items.
- You can upgrade to First Class (£1.95) for a faster delivery (1-2 working days in most cases).
- You can upgrade to Recorded Delivery (so you can physically track your parcel at royalmail.com)
- You can upgrade to RM Tracked (£3.95). It is tracked at various points and takes 24-48 hrs.
- Next Working Day deliveries £7.95 must be ordered by 12pm.
- International Signed For (+£4.99) can be added for your security.
Courier deliveries are made on weekdays. Saturday deliveries can be arranged with an extra surcharge.
Delivery surcharges may apply to "Island & Highland" deliveries if the item is too large for Royal Mail.
We will always contact you in advance for confirmation.

If an item is out of stock, please call us to order via phone. Your order will be automatically dispatched to you when we get replenishments (we get deliveries daily). Or click "Email me when stock arrives".

We also discount individuals on purchases of over 12 units. We quote based on volume, so please get in touch for a best-price.

So many globes to choose from, but in the end I think I chose the right one for me, in size, weight and height. Twelve inches diameter is just right; not bulky yet there is loads of information. The weight is good to hold the globe steady and to tilt it with ease when required. It looks great on my desk. Arrived in time, in one piece and very well packaged. Thank you.
