STOCK EXPLAINED: IN STOCK or BACKORDER NOW
IN STOCK, means exactly that - in stock & ready to ship.
BACKORDER NOW means the item is available with our supplier & we will order it on our next Purchase Order! If the item is not available, we will email you with a delivery date to see whether you are happy to wait.
OUT OF STOCK means we can take a backorder via phone, and it will dispatch as soon as stock arrives.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We dispatch stock lines on the same day if ordered by 2pm. Please see our T&C for further details.
- We use 2nd Class Royal Mail (normally 2-3 working days).
- Upgrade to First Class (£1.95) for a faster delivery (normally 1-2 working days).
- Upgrade to RM Tracked (£3.95). Tracked at various points and takes 24-48 hrs.
- Next Working Day deliveries (£6.95) must be ordered by 12pm.
- International Signed For (£4.99) can be added for your security.
Courier deliveries are made on weekdays. Saturday deliveries can be arranged with a surcharge.
Delivery surcharges may apply to "Island's & Highland's" if the item is too large for Royal Mail.
We will always contact you in advance for confirmation.
